This luxurious, stylish and spacious 3rd floor apartment, accommodates 2 in great style (and up to 4), and is in a private building, accessed by lift or stairs, and situated in a wonderfully commanding position on raised ground at Mont Boron, the most sought after part of Nice. It enjoys truly spectacular views.

No single photograph, day or night could match the experience of enjoying this 180 degrees panorama of the Cote d'Azur.

Beautiful entrance hallway, a very stylishly furnished large lounge/dining room with French windows out onto the balcony and a further large window also giving wonderful sea views. There is a newly fitted 'kitchen Amercaine' which also has French windows out onto the balcony. CD/tape player/radio, TV. The double bedroom (which has zip-linked beds and therefore can be separated if you prefer) is also large and again has French windows out onto the balcony with the same fantastic views. There are 2 extra fold-up mattress beds which are stored away in the fitted wardrobes. There is plenty of room to place these in the lounge, thus giving a total capacity of 4 in two separate sleeping areas, if required. The shower-room is unique, with shower doors that resemble the highly renowned Lalique glass. Separate toilet.

Everything in the apartment has been designed for total visual pleasure in the Art Deco style to give a true feeling of the French Riviera.

It is a seven minute stroll to the beaches, marina and old port surrounded by a marvellous selection of charming restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes to the Chateau Hill and Park, The Old Town, Flower Market, Antiques Quarter and the Promenade des Anglais. For those who prefer not to walk, nor drive there is a bus stop at 150 yards.
